What to include for bug reports
The more specific the details, the faster we can reproduce the issue. Helpful information includes the page URL, the inputs you used, the result you saw, the result you expected, and your browser and device. A screenshot helps but isn't essential.
What we can't help with
We can't:
- Calculate your official transcript or override your university's grade report
- Provide individual academic, career, or financial-aid advice
- Verify or certify qualifications on your behalf
- Contact your university or admissions office for you
For any of those, your university's registrar, academic adviser, or career-services office is the right place to start.
Response time
Most messages get a reply within 3–5 business days. Bug reports and clear technical questions tend to be faster; longer feedback or feature suggestions sometimes take a little more time because we like to think about them properly. If you haven't heard back in two weeks, feel free to send a follow-up — occasionally messages get filtered out by mistake.
